ikiiki was created as a space where art moves beyond traditional boundaries. Founded by artist and designer Ali Gulec, the brand brings original artwork into everyday life through apparel, art prints and contemporary wall art.
Known for his intricate skull compositions, botanical imagery, animals and surreal visual worlds, Ali’s work explores the contrast between life and death, beauty and darkness, nature and transformation.
Each piece begins as an original artwork. Some become graphic T-shirts and wearable statements. Others remain closer to their original form as art prints, framed prints, acrylic prints and aluminum prints.
The idea behind ikiiki is simple:
Wear the Art. Own the Art.
Rather than creating decoration or clothing around passing trends, ikiiki is built around artwork with its own identity. Pieces that can live on a wall, become part of what you wear, and hopefully remain interesting long after whatever the internet decided was fashionable this week.
About the Artist
Ali Gulec is a Turkish artist and designer whose work combines digital illustration, photography, drawing and collage. His distinctive visual language has been featured across international art, fashion and music projects, with artworks licensed and exhibited around the world.
His ongoing exploration of skull imagery transforms a universal symbol of mortality into compositions filled with flowers, animals, landscapes and unexpected details, turning something associated with death into something intensely alive.
