How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes about 3-5 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, leggings etc.) and 4-8 business days for non-apparel (posters, cases etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Shipping speed and price depends on product type and destination and the speed of shipment that you will prefer.
You may see the speed of shipment as listed below. These are average shipment speeds. We send te products with standard shipment. If you prefer TURPEX please contact us at shop@ikiiki.co for arrangements.

How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order ships, and your tracking information will be included in the email.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees. These duties shall be paid to appropriate customs agency by the customer in each country.
How do I determine my size?
For Tops (T-Shirt, Fleece, etc)
Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.
For Leggings:
Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.
Our leggings are cut to be high waisted and give that nice squeeze on your belly. The elastic waistband will rest at about 1-2 inches below your belly button. If you are unsure of where your natural waistline is, just measure around at the height of your belly button.
Hips:
Measure the widest part around your thighs.
Try to measure as straight as possible to around yourself (parallel to the floor).
Inseam:
To measure you inseam, start at your ankle and measure up the inside of your leg to the crotch. Don't worry if your inseam varies from the chart measurements. The legging fabric allows for some stretching or scrunching up around the ankle to fit different lengths.
If your measurements are between one of our sizes, you can go with the smaller size. Since our fabric is stretchy, our sizes accommodate a wide range of body types comfortably.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
There are no refunds available for purchased products. All sales are final. The products may only be exchanged if item is defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a photo of the damaged goods and contact us at shop@ikiiki.co. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase and place your address complete.
I need to change something on my order, can I do that?
If you need to change, cancel or add something to your order, please contact us immediately at shop@ikiiki.co. We process most orders within immediately, and once it has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
