Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our production partners located in the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually ship orders within 2 business days. With standard shipping, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note: International orders may be delayed by customs in your country. We recommend placing orders early for holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day to avoid delays in shipping and production.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Who pays the customs duties and taxes?
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees vary based on order value, destination, and other factors. The customer is responsible for paying these duties directly to the appropriate customs agency in their country.
How do I determine my size?
For Tops (T-Shirts, Fleece, etc.):
Chest: Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the measuring tape level across your back and comfortably loose.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist with a measuring tape.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly exchange items if they are defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo and contact us at shop@ikiiki.co. If your order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will reship it at no additional cost.
Please review your order carefully before placing it, and ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
I need to change something on my order. Can I do that?
If you need to change, cancel, or add something to your order, please contact us immediately at shop@ikiiki.co.
Most orders are processed quickly. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to make changes.
Do you offer wholesale?

Can I request custom designs?
Yes. ikiiki is a design studio. For custom products or commissioned artwork, please reach out to shop@ikiiki.co.
Where are you located?
Our design office is based in Istanbul, Turkey, and products are produced and shipped from our international facilities depending on your delivery location.
Are your designs authentic and original?
Yes. All artworks available on ikiikishop are original designs created by our studio, led by artist Ali Gulec. Each design is crafted with care and is exclusive to our store and authorized partners.
