What is this store's return and exchange policy?
There are no refunds available for purchased products. All sales are final. The products may only be exchanged if item is defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a photo of the damaged goods and contact us at info@ikiiki.co. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase and place your address complete.
I need to change something on my order, can I do that?
If you need to change, cancel or add something to your order, please contact us immediately at info@ikiiki.co. We process most orders within immediately, and once it has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
