Where We Ship From
Orders are produced and shipped from our international production network, including facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia. Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled closer to the delivery destination.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by ikiiki and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at shop@ikiiki.co with your order number and photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement when applicable.
